Major Components of KHANIJ MITRA For Common Man/Lessee/Stockist/Transporters/License Holder
For Lessee and Stockist 
MM-11 is an authorized e-Transit Pass issued by the Lease Holder for the transportation of minerals. It facilitates the transportation of minor minerals extracted from a mining area to the designated destination through a specified vehicle. Government Form-MM-11 records essential details such as the vehicle details, driver’s name, name and quantity of mineral, sale value, GST/Royalty, buyer, destination, and other relevant information.
Form-J is an authorized mineral transportation document (Transit Pass) issued by a licensee/stockist through the e-Ravanna system for the transportation of minerals. Its purpose is to maintain an online record of the quantity, transportation details, and validity of the mineral and to ensure effective control over the illegal transportation of minerals.
Form-K is an authorized transportation document issued for the transportation of minerals from mining leases of Major Minerals, such as magnesite and other major minerals.
Form-N is an authorized transportation document issued for the transportation of Major Minerals from retail mineral storage locations.
In the context of the Mining Department in Uttarakhand, the Inter-State Transit Pass (ISTP) is a mandatory permit required for the transportation of minerals across state borders into or through Uttarakhand.
iCheckgate - Smart Enforcement System
iCheckgate is an unmanned, automated IoT / AI-based check post installed at major mining routes to prevent illegal transportation of minerals.
Hand-held Reader is equipped with the mCHECK app. which allows client to conduct on-spot inspections of vehicles and transit passes.
Vehicle identification system streamlining and enhancing the tracking of mineral transportation within the state.
Installation of We-bridge at mining site so that departmental officers can see all mining activities along with any suspicious or illegal activities.
VTS Integration seamlessly unifies real‑time vehicle tracking with web, mobile, and API platforms for efficient fleet management.
Decision Support System enable the District Administration to track activities from district level Mini Command Center based on video feeds, real time data captured from AI/IOT devices.

The integrated dashboard is a centralized, interactive web portal that can be accessed from the command center. It provides real-time updates on mining leases across Uttarakhand by displaying key details such as lease statuses, tender and environmental clearance information, as well as transit and mining data. This makes it an invaluable tool for the Directorate of Geology & Mining.
